Sharon has over 14 years experience working in the fitness industry. She completed a Kinesiology/Biology degree from York University and became a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor shortly after. Sharon has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and relates this to recovery to help clients feel hopeful about a healthier future. Sharon teaches many different formats of exercise such as Boot Camps, Strength Training, Core and Pilates, Spin Classes, and High Intensity Cardio/Insanity formats. Sharon also incorporates the importance of Nutrition into her program which provides a comprehensive consultation for clients. In addition to her technical skills, Sharon is gifted in regards to her interpersonal skills by offering an inclusive, unbiased and client centered approach when working with clients.
